I am very interested in the world, different cultures mainly asia because i find the cultures there very facinated and there is a lot of history there, they make brilliant tv shows, amasing music. Hobbies that i have are casual singing along to music, finding out more news about my idols (celebrities i like).

School based Activity
I used to play for the basketball team at school for just a term i did enjoy it because basketball and cricket are my favourite sports.
I also won medals in cross country in primary i really enjoyed doing cross country because it was something that i was quite good at and felt good once i had finished running.
Out of school
Out of school, im self teaching myself another languages,
which helps me have conversations with my penpals which ive been doing
for almost 2 years now. I have learnt bits but am still learning.
I used to belong to a scout group i was there for 5 months and
i had to do coursework and it mattered more. But i did enjoy it.
Work experience
Last year in year 10 when i did work experience, i did it in a company that loads of companies buy from. Basically the i learnt information about the company and that is makes petrol vessels that go under the petrol stations. So they get purchases from tesco's. They also make other things. When i did my 2 weeks of experience i learnt alot and how to work many electrical devices, like a fax. I learnt how to do payroll and sorted through many invoices and made sure everything was correct. The bad things about it was that they gave me a massive job of filing to do, i really did not want to do it but i know it was required of me to do so, i just got on with it.
Other experiences.
I go to many events in the country, for example i go to many concerts and anime conventions in birmingham and London. I've been to america and different places in europe before. I like getting out of my own counstry.
Individual Action Plans
Aims for the future
Any jobs really, but the main i want to do around the age of 30, is male nursing
and the reason because of that, is really because i want to help with people's health
which i think will not be a boring job, its not badly paid and it benefits not only me but
other people.
Current Possition
The options available for college courses are, that i may go into health and social level 3, which will get me at least something to go towards my other job. But the Gcse grades hopefully will get me a little part time job perhaps full time after college just till im ready to go into my life's main job. Im definitley going straight to college after school and whilst im there i will be looking for a part time job which will have flexible hours to suit me when im not at college.
Future Action
In need 5 GCSE's A* - C they are essential for me to get on the course i want. I don't mind doing resits in tests if i do bad. But hopefully and im quite confident with this i will get the right grades to get onto the course, its only the college interview that i will not be looking forward too.
Action
Apply too college for health and social level 3, and will apply for A Levels for back up and perhaps accounting for backup aswell. Do this step by December
Study and revise hard to get the needed grades for september 2011. Do this by November/June
Take any resits nessesary. Nov/July
Additional Comments/ Review Date
When i get the results, i will then see what step i will take next which will benefit me and help me to get where i want to be. If i do not have the grades that i need to get into all of the courses i applied for, then i will apply for the level below the course im wanting to do. If worse comes to worse ill have to go straight into a job which this will be a bad thing, because i will be low paid and then won't have the qualifications to get into a better job that is more paid.
Personal Statement
All the things below is basically what i am like for people, i try my best to be like the things below and i think that i near enough do those things.
Self Presentation
When thinking of self presentation the image that comes to mind is being approriatley dressed to the type of job that you are going into, or for an interview because image is the first thing that they are going see, if you look scruffy and un hygenic, they may not want to employ you because customers will be put of by this. But with a clean presentable appearence they are more likely to employ you because they know that you take pride in yourself. I think for school i don't take too much pride in me, well i make sure im hygenic but when it comes to doing hair and that then i don't straighten it or nothing, but if its out of school then i would.
Consideration For Others
This one is very important for many reasons because his will help you to work even better and others too. You have to respect people's own opinions and be politely speaking to them in a manner that will not upset peoples feelings, because some people are more sensitive than others. You need to also listen to what people have to say and understand there own opnions and where they are coming from, because if you care then they will be more happier with working with you, and that is good because you will able to get on with everyone and things will run smoothly. I am very considerate to those who are considerate to me but i want to be considerate to those who are no but there attitude makes me not wanting to give them respect as they definitley do not give me respect.
Cooperation
This will help things run smoother if everyone got on and this will help things get done alone faster aswell. When discussing things that are important you will cooperate with everyone so everyone will get the information from discussing. You would have to forget about people from different backgrounds and try to fit in with them and get along with them the best way possible, because to be honest if you don't then it will cause conflict and that won't let things get done.Also working in a team, any projects that needs more than one person you will need to cooperate. I do like to work in groups becasue then we can use each others strengths to a ccomplish a task more better than we would if it was just one of us. However some people you can't work with some casue trouble and this makes the task take longer.
Taking Responsability
This means basically, if you have basically borrowed something then you are responsible for giving it back in the same condition as you received it, if something happened drastic and it was your fault then you would be responsible for that happening. To also responsible is to when planning work for a topic that the whole class then you would be responsible for it too be done on time. I am the type of person to take responsibility if it was me in the wrong, if i wasn't me at fault then i woudn't but sometimes people expect you to take responsiblity when its not yours to be dumpted responsability on.
Reliablity
People really relying on you to do the following stuff, some people like the teachers rely you to be on time, well people who employ you will also rely on you. Complete a task, they give you a deadline which they rely you to meet that deadline and complete the task that is set. Some people do trust me, but i know that i am a trustworthy person. So if someone told me something in secret i wouldn't tell anyone.
Persistence
With being persistence if there was atask that i wanted to get done, sometimes i will give up it depends really. But if its a task that i really want to do, it may take me some time to do it but i would get it done at the best possible. When things get difficult on a task, i woudn't give up, but its a boring task, then i probly would give up. If it doesnt benefit me then it would be pointless to do.
Adaptability and Flexibility
I think i pretty much meet this one it means for e.g. that if something important comes up and you have a meeting, and you had something help to do, then you would have to rearrange what you're wanting to do around the meeting and that is called adapting. Being flexable means that you can change something to fit around a task or a job. For e.g. if you got a job somewhere then the manager may want you to be flexable on hours so that they can give you hours whenever it suits them. I can pretty much adapt round anything that comes along, even though some times it may take time to adapt to something new, eventually i would get used to it and then i would of adapted to it.
Subjects
There is most likely some subjects i perfer than others i perfer maths the best because i find that the easiest and the teacher is very good and its just a nice atmosphere to work in that you learn alot. So it english really, its very good when learning. My least favourite subject would have to be PE, that it because we are not getting graded which makes it pointless, i know the government make sure that this is needed but other subjects are far more vital than this when we get grades on other subjects when PE there is no grades.
